I'm trying to order, but PayPal keeps asking me to enter the security code, even though I enter it correctly.
Please go to your home page or any other page other than PayPal or the order page and clear your cookies and cache (temporary internet files). To do this in Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Options, click the Delete Cookies and Delete Files buttons, then select Apply and Ok. It may take several minutes for your computer to delete all of the files. Please do not interrupt this process. Once it has completed (the hourglass will go away), go back to the order page and click "Login to access the show" and login entering your username and password in the top Returning Users section. This will avoid adding a duplicate item into your shopping cart. Once you have logged in, you will see Access Pending and View Purchase Details. Click on View Purchase Details, then select the PayPal Buy It Now button, and continue through the PayPal payment instructions.

Occassionally, PayPal will not report back to our system in a timely manner. This happens most with last minute orders and orders paid with a PayPal account via an electronic check (It will wait until the funds have cleared to send confirmation, which could take up to 5 business days). If you have paid, and see 'Access Pending' DO NOT PAY AGAIN, as it will charge your credit card or bank account multiple times!
To get access, please e-mail patrick.hawkins@chartercom.com and include the username created when you signed up as well as the package you purchased. Another package will be applied to your account that will say 'Access Content' and will appear above or below the existing 'Access Pending' package. Please click on and use that one instead of the other.

No, it will not. There is not enough bandwidth to accomodate the amount of information required to send video and audio. As a result, you may only get audio and a frame or two of video here and there resulting in a slide show effect.

| If you expect it to look like you're watching a TV program full screen on your computer, you will be sorely disappointed. Please understand that video over the internet is only intended to be viewed at the originally encoded size of its 192x144 or 320x240 window (see below), which are very small when compared to the full size of the monitor. When enlarged, the quality of the video deteriorates substantially, getting blurry and pixelated. Whether or not you find it acceptable to view at a larger size is a personal preference. Is it too late to order for today or tonight's show?
It is a good idea and highly recommended to order ahead of time to allow enough time for the order to process, to make sure your connection is okay and that you don't run into any 'Access Pending' or technical problems. This way, you reduce the chance of missing a class that you want to see. So, while it is possible to order at the last minute, please keep in mind that if you experience any problems, they may be hard to diagnose and can't always be solved immediately, meaning you could miss part or all of the show. If you do encounter any difficulties, please use the contact information below and include the username you created when you signed up as well as the package you purchased when e-mailing or leaving a message.
